  • Problem placing order?
    We are sorry that you experienced problems when placing an order. In order for us to help, please contact us asap at hobbydocraft@gmail.com and we will look into your issues.
  • Mistake in my order/Cancel order?
    If you made a mistake in your order or would like to cancel it, please inform us within 6 hours. Unfortunately, we won't be able to make any changes if the order has already been processed and dispatched. In this case, you would have to follow our Return Policy.
  • When do I get order confirmation?
    An order confirmation receipt should appear in your inbox immediately after your order has been placed. Please make sure everything is correct before we ship the order. In case you cannot find confirmation email in your inbox and you use Gmail, please check Promotions or Social folder - sometimes emails end up there. Otherwise, please get in touch and we will be happy to look into this.
  • What are the delivery options?
    All the orders are shipped from Estonia, EU. We use courier service with tracking number. The shipping fees depends on the weight and country of destination. The shipping fees you will see at your shopping cart while you proceed to checkout. To read more, please click here.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is completed you will receive e-mail with shipping and tracking info. This email communication will contain a tracking number and the name of the courier used to deliver your order.
  • When will my order arrive?
    Delivery time. - Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania - 2-3 business days. - European Union - 4-6 business days. - United Kingdom - 5-7 business days. - United States of America - 7-10 business days. - Australia, New Zealand - 10-12 business days. - Everywhere else - 12-18 business days. Please Note:​ Delivery times are calculated based on the date the order is dispatched from the warehouse. During peak promotional periods, i.e., Black Friday Weekend and the Christmas Holiday Period, there may be some delays concerning delivery times. Deliveries are made during working days only - there are no weekend deliveries.
  • Which payment methods are available to me?
    We accept most major forms of debit and credit cards. You can also pay with PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Do I get payment confirmation?
    Your payment confirmation will be emailed to you once the order has been placed.
